The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in these photos. Detective Tosh Hata reports that on September 14, 2008 at about 1:30 p.m. an armed robbery occurred at the Game Stop store located at 185 Branham Lane in San Jose. The Suspect entered the store and waited for all the customers to leave. He then brandished a knife and entered the area behind the registers where the victim’s were standing.  Once behind the counter he allegedly punched one of the victims in the head as he ordered the other victims to open the register’s. He then took the cash from the register’s and fled the store on foot. The suspect was described as a?Hispanic Male, approx. 5-7, 240 lb.. bald shaved head, thick mustache and goatee, wearing a white t- shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.  Please call the Fugitive Watch hot line if you know the name of this man.
