Alleged Murder Suspect Turned Himself Because He Knew He was on Fugitive Watch

The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Ricardo Esquivel on a one million dollar warrant charging him with Murder.  Detective William Hoyt reports that on Nov 3rd, 2003, Esquivel allegedly stabbed Raul Curiel to death at a downtown nightclub in the 400 block of South 1st Street.  This photograph of Esquivel was taken in 2003.  At the time he had a tribal-style tattoo running vertically along the left side of his neck and “West Side Mob” down his left forearm.  Police believe that Esquivel may have recently returned to the Bay Area. He uses the aliases of Little Ricky and “Leche” and has numerous other tattoos on his back and chest.

Fugitive Watch is pleased to announced that Ricardo Esquivel surrendered to authorities at the US/Mexican border after being featured recently on Fugitive Watch.  Police received information that Esquivel had fled San Jose after seeing himself in the December issue of the Fugitive Watch Newspaper.  He was going to attempted to flee the US but decided to surrender at the border.  The San Jose Police Department were seeking Ricardo Esquivel on a one million dollar warrant charging him with Murder.  Detective William Hoyt reports that on Nov 3 2003, Esquivel allegedly stabbed Raul Curiel to death at a downtown nightclub in the 400 block of South 1st Street.  This photograph of Esquivel was taken in 2003.
