San Jose Police Police Department, 2005 CA –ID #05-166

San Jose Police Detective Parker Hathaway reports that on 7/31/05 at 2:50 am, the victim, his sister and several friends were in the parking lot of the taqueria when the suspect vehicle entered the parking lot. Words were exchanged between the suspects and the victim’s sister. The victim ran to the suspect car to protect his sister when the driver fired one round into the victim’s stomach from a silver handgun. The suspect vehicle fled the scene.
