The San Francisco medical examiner’s office has identified the victim of a fatal shooting in the city’s Bayview District on Halloween as 22-year-old Malik Fennedy.The shooting occurred at about 7:50 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Griffith Street and Navy Road, according to police Sgt. Lyn Tomioka.Fennedy, who lived in San Francisco, was killed.No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, she said.
