San Jose Police Department, November 13th, 2002 CA –ID #03-011

 The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this police sketch. Detectives report that on Nov. 13th, 2002 this suspect drove up to a victim that was riding a bicycle on Jeanne Avenue and Melbourne Avenue near downtown San Jose. The suspect shot the victim in the back and fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.
