Penn Hills Police Officer Michael Crawshaw has been shot and killed by alleged gunman Ronald Robinson. Police report that Robinson has an extensive criminal history dating back to 1991 and was wearing an ankle monitor device when he allegedly shot and killed a citizen and then shot and killed Officer Crawshaw with an assault rifle.
