The San Diego Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Juan Pineda Arroyo on a warrant charging him with Murder.  According to detectives, on May 1, 2001, a 14-year old girl was found murdered inside her residence in Vista, CA. Juan Pineda Arroyo was living at the residence at the time of the murder and has not been seen since. An arrest warrant has been issued for Arroyo for this murder. It is believed that Arroyo may have fled to Mexico to avoid arrest.DOB 1-27-1965
