A 19-year-old man was killed in a shooting in North Vallejo this afternoon, police said. The victim, identified by police as 19-year-old Johvonte Robinson, showed up at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Vallejo at about 1:10 p.m. He died of his wounds at the hospital. Police later determined the shooting had occurred at the intersection of Mini Drive and Whitney Avenue.
