The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance video. Detective Ken Binder reports that on January 8th 2007 at about 3:30pm a victim and the suspect got into aconfrontation inside a market. The suspect then followed the victim. As the victim was driving on Penitencia Road near Toyon Avenue in San Jose. The suspect pulled up alongside of him and fired several shots from a handgun. The victim driver was shot and his passenger was injured from shattered glass. The suspect was wearing white shoes with red soles and was driving a newer white sedan similar to a Hyundai with tinted windows and 18”-20” rims.
