The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Thai Van Ngo on a warrant charging him with Attempted Murder. Detective Jason Tanner reports that on April 30th 2006 Ngo and a group of other unidentified males allegedly accosted a lone victim in the Ban Me Café on West Capitol Expressway. They then brutally assaulted him. Ngo may be driving a 1994 Green Toyota Camry with the license number 3 J X V 2 8 4.
