The Reno Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this police sketch. Detective Whan reports that on Feb 14th 2000 a female victim was driving on I-80 west of Reno. This suspect allegedly pulled up alongside the victim and shot her in the face. He then exited on West Mcarran Blvd in Reno. Please call the Fugitive hot line if you the name of this man.
