The Oakland Police Department is currently seeking Willie Smith for Murder.  Willie Smith and two other suspects allegedly robbed and shot/killed the victim in the 9200 block of Sunnyside Ave in Oakland. The two other suspects were taken into custody, and a murder warrant was issued on Feb 11, 2003 for Smith. After the murder 2003, Willie Smith possibly fled to Texas, but has returned.
