The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office is currently seeking Anacleto Rodriguez on a warrant charging him with Burglary. Detective Kathleen Swineford reports that on October 25, 2004 a Gilroy police officer responded to a report of aresidential burglary on East San Martin. The victims stated that their house was burglarized and numerous items were taken, including a wallet. Infollow-up on this case, the police learned that the victim’s credit card was used to purchase groceries at Avila s Market. Anacleto Rodriguez was arrested and pled guilty to felony residential burglary and felony second degree burglary. While on probation, Rodriguez failed to report his current address to the probationdepartment and failed to provide proof of employment or educational training. On November 30, 2006 a no bail warrant was issued for the his arrest.
