The Modesto Police Department and the Turlock Police Department are currently seeking Phillip Dell Killough Jr. on a warrant charging him with Burglary. Killough is described as being 28 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. According to authorities Killough is also wanted on suspicion of evading arrest and violating his parole.
