The Tracy Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the man in this photo. Detective Craig Koostra reports that the photo is of an unidentified male involved in a large scale ATM skimming case originating from the Tracy Costco. This suspect made several ATM withdrawals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area using cloned ATM cards. The photos depict a possible bandage near the upper left hand corner of the suspect’s mouth.
