The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance video. Detective Dean Baker reports that the suspect told the victim that he has won a substantial amount of money in a California lottery game. Suspect further tells the victim that he needs money for a family medical emergency or hardship and would sell the ticket to the victim at a discount. The suspect then tells the victim that he is in this country illegally and thus cannot claim the winnings. The suspect urged the victim to call the number on the back of the ticket, supposedly to the California Lottery Commission, and confirms the winning numbers. Unbeknownst to the victim, the number on the fake ticket belongs to one of the suspect’s associates. The suspect’s associate confirms the winning numbers and the victim believes they are buying a winning lottery ticket at a substantial discount. The suspect accompanies the victim to the bank, and the victim willingly handed over the agreed to sum for the lottery ticket. Please call the Fugitive Watch Hot Line at 1-

Is this the same man wanted for another lottery scam in Sunnyvale,California in October 17,2006.I believe its the same person! This man is also believe to allegedly involved with another lottery scam that occured in Sunnyvale in December 12,2005.

YES I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE SAME MAN INVOLVED HERE IN MORENO VALLY, CA. HE DID COMMET THE SAME LOTTER SCAM WITH MY FATHER ON AUG 20TH 2008 HE WAS NOT ALONE HE WAS ALSO WITH ANOTHER MAN THAT IS THIN AND ANOTHER PERSON THAT ANSWER THE PHONE CALL SO WE BELIEVE IT IS A TOTAL OF THREE MEN ALL TOGETHER OR MORE. ONE OF THEM SAID HE IS FROM COSTA RICA.
