I’m not sure this is the same guy, but a man and heavy set woman (3rd person on the phone) did that same scam on my mother at Mi Pueblo Grocery store in San Jose, CA (the one on King and Story)three days ago. Please make sure you tell all your elderly spanish speaking family memebers to keep an eye out for them. I hope they get caught soon.

I dont understand why this people do this… my mom had the same thing happen to her. I hope they catch him and make him pay for what he is doing.

on 08/2006 this guy did the same thing to my mother he was with another fat ugle lady I hope the police will catch this guy and make him to pay for his crimes

YES I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE SAME MAN INVOLVED HERE IN MORENO VALLY, CA. HE DID COMMET THE SAME LOTTER SCAM WITH MY FATHER ON AUG 20TH 2008 HE WAS NOT ALONE HE WAS ALSO WITH ANOTHER MAN THAT IS THIN AND ANOTHER PERSON THAT ANSWER THE PHONE CALL SO WE BELIEVE IT IS A TOTAL OF THREE MEN ALL TOGETHER OR MORE. ONE OF THEM SAID HE IS FROM COSTA RICA.

Is this the same man wanted for another lottery scam in Sunnyvale,California in October 17,2006.I believe its the same person! This man is also believe to allegedly involved with another lottery scam that occured in Sunnyvale in December 12,2005.
