The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this police sketch. Detective Russell Chubon reports that on Nov. 9th 2000 at about 11:30am a 16 year girl was walking on Ruby Drive and Ravenswood Way when this suspect allegedly exposed himself her. The suspect was wearing a blue jumpsuit (similar to a mechanic’s jumpsuit) and the suspect vehicle is described as old, white, beat up, dually style truck, with no plates, a rear tinted window, and light gray interior seats.
