The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this police sketch. Detective Pifferini reports that on Sept 27th 2006 at approximately 3:40pm, the suspect was sitting inside of his vehicle that was parked at the curb on Ricernbacker Drive. The victim was looking for her missing dog and approached the suspect to ask if he had seen her dog. When she walked up to the suspect’s vehicle, the suspect exposed himself to the victim.
