The Milpitas Police Department is currently seeking Tremaine Brown onwarrants charging him with Kidnapping, Human Trafficking , Pimping and Pandering. Detective Bryan Hinkley reports that on 10/13/07 at 11pm, Milpitas police officers responded to a disturbance at the 200 block of West Calaveras Blvd. When the police officers contacted the female victim she reported that she was brought from the Seattle area of Washington against her will by Brown to prostitute herself. Officers located a motel room rented by Brown at a nearby motel on W. Calaveras Blvd. There they found another Suspect (in custody) and another 15 year old female victim. Unfortunately, Brown was not there. second victim also stated that she was also brought against her will to the bay area from Washington by Brown to prostitute herself. Brown was never located. Brown has a Felony warrant out of Orange County, California for drug offenses and another warrant for Pimping and Pandering totaling $250,000. A warrant is being requested against Brown for several Felonies including Kidnapping, Human Trafficking, Pandering and , Pandering a Minor. Please PC your hotels and motels for Brown. Special attention to local hotels and motels. Brown is driving a “new” gray or white Dodge Charger with chrome rims and tinted windows. One of the victims stated that Brown carries a gun in his vehicle. Brown may have also conducted his business in Washington and Oregon. DOB 9/20/74
