The Fresno Police Department is currently seeking Jeffrey C. Marshall on a one million dollar warrant charging him with Murder. On Friday, April 6, 2007, Fresno Police Officers responded to Elizabeth “Lynn” Waterson’s residence to check on her welfare. Upon officer’s arrival, they found Ms Waterson lying on the floor. Ms Waterson had been shot multiple times and had succumb to her injuries. An extensive investigation was conducted and follow-up detectives were able to identify Ms Waterson’s assailant. The assailant, Jeffrey Charles Marshall, had a short dating relationship with Ms Waterson and was reported to have made criminal threats to her before her death. Jeffrey Marshall has a history of stalking women and prides himself on his intellect and alleged photographic memory. Jeffrey has a MBA and may be traveling the world abroad. Jeffrey has contacts in California, Nevada and Ohio and may possibly be enroute to Amsterdam, Holland. DOB 11/1956
