The Escondido Police Department is currently seeking Angel Soto Torres on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detectives report that on June 7, 2003, at about 6:45 p.m., Escondido Police responded to a report of a shooting that had just occurred in the parking lot in the 700 block of E. Mission Ave. On arrival, officers found the victim, Anthony Richard Lindsay, age 23, shot in the driveway at the entrance to an apartment complex. The victim, who had suffered a gunshot wound to the body, was transported by paramedics to a local hospital; he was subsequently pronounced dead. Through witness interviews and evidence found during the investigation, the investigators learned that Angel Torres was the suspect. DOB 10/1/65
