Richmond, California ID#04-203

The Richmond Police Department is currently seeking Fredy Chavez on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detectives reports that Chavez allegedly got in to an argument with a friend over the suspect making a pass at the friends girlfriend. Suspect stabbed victim several times, killing the victim. Chavez fled the scene and may be in Los Angeles or Mexico. DOB 7/20/65
