Daly City Fraud Suspects

The Daly City Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the woman in this photograph. Detective Joe Bocci reports that on March 26th 2009, this woman and and unknown male accomplice allegedly stole thousands of dollars in cash from an 85 year old woman by using a lottery ticket scam. Both the suspects allegedly tricked the victim into going with them to her bank and to withdraw cash for the sale of a winning lottery ticket. This same suspect did that same thing to several other victims. She did it 3 times in San Francisco and 1 time in Merced, California The female suspect is described as being Hispanic, mid-30’s of age, approx. 5-08, acne-type scarring on both cheek and spoke Spanish. The male suspect is described as being Hispanic, mid 30’s years of age, black hair, brown eyes, about 5′-10″ tall, skinny/medium build, clean cut and no facial hair. The male suspect walked hunch-backed and with a limp but he may have been faking as part of their fraud scam. Their car is described as being a Red or Maroon, Chevy, 4 Door, SUV with no front license plate. Victim recalled that there may have been a GPS device mounted on the center dashboard.
