The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Rasheed Hanif on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agent Tracy Martin reports that Hanif was released on parole after being convicted of sex offense. He has allegedly absconded parole supervision and is now considered a Parolee-at-Large. Hanif recently fled from police officers in Richmond. He was last known to be living in the Richmond area.

    Wow what a suprise a parolee at large. Why dont they just let them all out like doves and see which ones come back. Ya right they are criminals and should be locked up and chained down. Hey why dont they sew a GPS device where the sun dont shine and if they dont naw it off, we can locate them. I think the system is not working, You think?
