The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Rodney Louis Mullen on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agents report that Mullen was released on parole after being convicted of drug violations. He has allegedly absconded parole supervision and is now considered a Parolee-at-Large. Mullen may now be living in Chico, California. DOB 8/4/60
