The Alameda Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance photo. Detective Don Owyang reports that this suspect is suspected of allegedly committing bank robberies all over the bay area. He allegedly started his crime spree by robbing a bank in Fremont on November 2nd 2008. His last bank robbery was on May 23rd 2008.
