The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Jeremy Martinez reports that on May 31, 2008, a 14 year child was brutally attacked in a parking garage at 5300 Turner Way in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose. This suspect allegedly restrained and sexually assaulted the child but the child valiantly fought back and bit the suspect on his arm. By fighting back, the child was able to escape and provide police with this description. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 30 years old, 5-8 to 5-10 inches and about 230 lbs. He was last seen wearing a plain white shirt with a black T-shirt underneath and black Dickey style pants. He may also have a bite mark to his forearm.
