Officer Manny Leon of the Union City Police Department reports that Joseph Manuel Baca was taken into custody by the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office on 09/26/08.

The California Department of Corrections and the Union City Police Department are currently seeking Manuel Joseph Baca, Sr. on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Detectives report that Baca is also wanted on a No Bail Allowed warrant for Narcotic Violations. He has allegedly absconded parole supervision and is now considered a Parolee-at-Large. He has tattoos of “VGD” on chest, “Decoto” on right arm, “Sharky” on left arm, “Norte” on abdomen. Baca has alleged gang affiliations and according to Union City Police he is to be considered dangerous.
