Christian Wally Escamilla is currently being sought by state authorities on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation.  Agent Beltran reports that Escamilla was released on parole after serving a prison sentence for rape.  He was then deported from the United States and has since returned illegally to the bay area.  He was recently seen in the south San Jose area.  Escamilla is known to frequent the area of King and Story Road area of San Jose.  This is the 5th time since 1996,  that Escamilla has been submitted to Fugitive Watch by a law enforcement agency.
