ID#08-319 - San Jose, CA

The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Pete Montoya on a warrant charging him with Murder.  Detective Dave Tindall reports that on July 10, 2008, at about 4:15pm Montoya and the victim became involved in an argument that turned physical.  Montoya allegedly pushed  the victim to the ground causing him fatal injuries.  Montoya is a transient and  is known to frequent the area of Virginia and Locust Streets near downtown San Jose.
