The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Rogelio Lanoza Sipin on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agents report that Sipin is on parole for after being convicted of Indecent Exposure and Annoying Children. He has allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and absconded parole supervision and is now considered a parolee at large. He was also ordered to participate in psychiatric treatment.
