The Redwood City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying this property. According to Detective Walter Montti, this Magician Mechanical Cast Iron Bank was in the possession of a subject who was on probation and a meth user. The subject was also in possession of a printout of Ebay item #120324890384 which depicted a similar item with an asking price of $6,999.99. The subject graciously allowed the item to be held by police for observation. It is unknown if this is an actual antique with similar value that has been stolen or a junk reproduction. The only inscriptions are the words “Magician Bank” on the front and back.
