* San Carlos Police Seeking to Identify Man Exposing Himself to Woman

San Carlos police today are investigating whether a Tuesday incident in which a man exposed himself to a female is connected to similar cases in the city in recent months. Police said a female was walking in the 1500 block of El Camino Real on her way to work at about 7 a.m. Tuesday when a man in a parked vehicle exposed his genitals to her. The female used her cell phone to call police and the suspect drove away, heading south on El Camino Real in a green 1990s Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 23 and 25 years old with short black hair. He spoke in a very light voice with broken English, police said. Police are investigating whether the case is connected to similar incidents in the city on Crestview Drive on May 27 and on Eaton Avenue at Cedar Street on June 18.
