* San Jose Man Armando Lorenzo Rios Was Arrested For Murder Of Paul Leyva

A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested this morning in connection with a fatal assault in the city in May, police said.Armando Lorenzo Rios was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. for the killing of Paul Leyva, a 47-year-old San Jose man on May 23. Leyva was punched in the parking lot of a Little Ceasars restaurant near the intersection of McKee and North White roads after an altercation broke out, according to police.Leyva was taken to a local hospital where he was put on life-support and later died, police said.Rios was booked today into the Santa Clara County main jail on murder charges.The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the case is asked to call Detective Sgt.
