The Alameda County coroner’s bureau today identified a 37-year-old San Rafael man who was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon at the Emeryville Marina. Steven Henderson was found shot at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday near the marina at 3310 Powell St., according to the coroner’s bureau.
