San Jose police are investigating the shooting of a man near a Jack in the Box restaurant early this morning, police Officer Jose Garcia said today. The shooting was reported at about 2:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the restaurant located at 15 S. Capitol Ave., Garcia said. The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to a local hospital and is in serious condition, according to Garcia. No arrests have been made.
