The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Gilberto Fierros on a warrant charging him with Assault and Brandishing a Weapon. Detective Mark Riles reports that on Fierros has been identified from a surveillance. On January 23rd 2007, Fierros was allegedly shoplifting at the Mervyn’s Store on Blossom Hill Road. When he was confronted by store security, the suspect allegedly brandished a knife at the victimand then fled the scene.
