UPDATE: Officer Manny Leon reported Hawryshok was arrested for his warrants on 11/12/2008.

The Union City Police Department is currently seeking Larry Frederick Hawryshok on warrants charging him with being Under the Influence of  a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Hawrywhok has a long history of drug use. Hawryshok frequents the Union City, Fremont, and Hayward areas.
