Anthony has a warrant for his arrest and lost his shirt.
The Union City Police Department is currently seeking Anthony Ramiro Martinez Sr. on warrants charging him with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Hit & Run with a vehicle, and resisting arrest. Martinez has a long history of drug use and resisting arrest. Martinez frequents the Union City, Fremont, Oakland and Hayward areas.

Oh, I thought he was wearing a shirt. DUI, Hit & Run, resisting arresting arrest, yeah those mean ol’ cops just probably made that stuff up. I hope he doesn’t accidentally kill or hurt somebody the next time he runs from the cops. Poor misunderstood gang member. (Sorry, club member.)
