    08-081-david.jpgThe Mountain View Police Department is currently seeking Michael David on a warrant charging him with Domestic Violence causing Great Bodily Injury. Detective Cary Shueh reports that David allegedly struck a female victim several times about the face and left arm leaving a large cut above her eye, a black eye and swollen eyelid, several scratches on her face, two large and severe bruises on her left arm and a possible dislocated shoulder. Doctors are completing a CT Scan to determine if there are any broken facial bones. David has a history of domestic violence with females and their have been police reports and arrests in Milpitas and Mountain View. In this case, he fled the scene prior to the arrival of police officers. He was last known to be living in the 5800 block of Zileman Drive in San Jose.

    08-051-harris.jpgThe Oakland Police Department is currently seeking Emmett Harris for Assault with a Deadly Weapon (firearm with great bodily injury), Aggravated Mayhem, and Torture. Harris severely beat, tortured, and shot his girlfriend once in the knee, and once in the thigh area. A $250,00 warrant was issued for the above listed charges, and a no bail warrant for Transportation of Narcotics was also issued. Harris was last known to frequent the 1600 block of 87th Ave. Harris has a prior criminal record and is considered armed and dangerous.     The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the persons in this surveillance video. On 10-11-07, about 10pm, the above couple entered Jim’s Liquor Store located at 2860 Quimby Road. They proceeded to the alcohol aisle and chose two large bottles of Rum. (more…)

    Santa Clara, CA– ID #07-246

    The Santa Clara Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Brian Gilbert reports that on 09-22-07, this suspect was stopped at Winchester Blvd and Newhall St by a police officer for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop this suspect sprayed the officer with pepper spray. The officer shot at the suspect (unknown if the vehicle or suspect were hit) as the suspect fled in his vehicle. The vehicle in the picture below is similar to the suspect’s vehicle, BUT NOT AN EXACT MATCH. The vehicle does NOT have a lift kit.

It also had a camper shell with oval shaped side windows with lightly tinted glass The rear license plate had been stolen from a vehicle in San Jose, near the Milpitas border at Cropley / Landess. The license plate number is 2P64466 The suspect is described as a White Male 25-35 years old / buzz cut hair style / blonde to reddish hair / light complexion wearing a beige colored, Ace bandage-type wrap on forearm.     The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Ron Tabron reports that on August 24th 2007 an elderly victim was walking on Los Gatos Almaden Road near Redstone Drive. When she passed the suspect, who was standing outside his pickup truck, the suspect punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground and telling her to get into his truck.     The Campbell Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the men in these police sketches. Detective Phil Tejero reports that on May 7, 2007 at about 6pm these two men became involved in an argument with the victim on Campbell Avenue at Llewellyn Avenue. The suspects confronted the victim and struck them in the face. The victim ran to escape the suspects. The suspects fled in their car and also in took the victim’s car.     07-006.jpgThe Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detectives report that on December 18 at approximately 5:45 pm this suspect was panhandling in the area of the Hillside market at 3100 Monterey Road. The suspect allegedly assaulted and stabbed a patron of the market when he was told “no”to his request for money. The suspect fled the scene on foot and has been identified as a “regular” panhandling in the area. The victim described him as Hispanic (he spoke Spanish) with a medium complexion and collar length brown hair. 6’6” or 6’6” tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds.     07-034.jpgThe San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Jason Tanner reports that on December 16th 2006 at 6:24PM, the victim was driving in downtown San Jose with his wife when he became involved in a “road rage” incident with another driver. When the suspect drove too close to the victim’s car, the victim honked his horn, which upset the suspect. As the two drivers pulled away from a downtown hotel, the suspect got out of his car and approached the victim on foot. The victim rolled down his window to speak to the suspect and the suspect then punched the victim repeatedly through the open car window.     The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the persons associated with this Jeep. Detective Kevin Nishita reports that on Oct. 25th 2006, a gang member was at the handball courts located at Biebrach Park in central San Jose when he was attacked by 6 to 8 members of anopposing gang. They beat him on the head with baseball bats, bottles and bricks. The victim suffered a fractured skull and serious injury to his hands. The suspects then fled in a white jeep similar to the jeep in the picture. The suspects were described as Hispanicmales,shavedheads, wearing Raiders Jerseys, blue and white clothing and long shorts with high whitesocks.
