San Jose, CA – ID # 06-191

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Womack reports that on 8/24/06 at about 7pm, this suspect drove up to the 8 year old victim in the area of Snell and Giuffrida. He then said he wanted to lick the 8 year old victim. The victim described the suspect as a white or Hispanic male adult in his 40’s. The vehicle was possibly an older 4 door white Nissan Sentra. San Jose, CA October 11th, 2006–ID # 06-190

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Shelli Kepler reports that on 10-11-06, at about 3pm this suspect approached the two children at the corner of Blossom Hill Rd. and Coniston Way. The suspect made several inappropriate sexual comments to the victim and made them both feel scared. The suspect then fled the area on foot. The Alameda Police Department is asking your help in identifying this suspect. This subject is wanted for questioning in the annoying/molest of children within the city of Alameda. The suspect approaches young children at fast food restaurants and attempts to lure them away. San Jose Police Department, CA September 30th, 2006–ID # 06-009

San Jose Police Detective Cooke is asking for help in identifying this suspect. On 11/21/05, this unknown adult male approached a minor at the Chateau La Salle mobile home park and asked about tree trimming jobs. San Jose Police Department, CA September 17 th, 2005–ID #05-262

On 11/15/05 and again on 11/17/05, this suspect followed two juveniles leaving the campus of Oak Grove High School in San Jose. On both occasions, the suspect offered the girls a ride. When they refused he followed them in his truck. In both cases the victims ran or hid. The suspect made many turns or waited at an empty intersection to get closer to the girls. San Jose, CA September 30th, 2005–ID # 06-089

On three occasions since September 2005, a subject has followed adults and children to and from their homes and schools in North San Jose, specifically the neighborhood in the area of N. Capitol / Cropley and Landess / Morrill. The subject is on foot when he contacts the adult and child victims who are walking in his vicinity. He greets them before following them at arm’s length while mumbling incoherently until the victims run or scream. He has not touched or attempted to touch any of the victims. This suspect is described as a Black male adult, medium height/thin build, short black hair. On one occasion, he was dressed in all brown clothing and on another occasion he was dressed in all black clothing. San Jose Police Department, CA July 12th, 2005–ID #05-173

San Jose Police Detective Cynthia Cooke reports that on 7/12/05, this suspect drove his 1990 red Jeep Wrangler next to the 15 year-old victim as she walked to school. He repeatedly offered her a ride and refused to take “no” for an answer. The suspect continued to follow her after she crossed a street and began to run.
