Detective Jeremy Martinez reports that on May 31, 2008, a 14 year child was brutally attacked in a parking garage at 5300 Turner Way in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose. Fugitive Watch is proud to announce that a convicted rapist has been captured after absconding parole supervision and being featured on Fugitive Watch. Saily Mohamed Nguyen was recognized by an alert student at George Leyva Elementary School in east San Jose who then reported it a school teacher. The teacher checked the Fugitive Watch web site www.fugitive.com and when she saw Nguyen’s photo she immediately called the police. (more…)

  The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Pedro Rivera Delrosario on a $35,000 warrant charging him with Child Molest. According to Detective Mabanag, Delrosario allegedly molested a child from 1997 to 2004. He was last known to be living in the area of Overfelt High School in east San Jose. He may have fled to the Philippine Islands.

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Martin Speanburg on a $110,000 warrant charging him with Child Molest and Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender. Detective Larry Bryant reports that on Speanburg’s current whereabouts are unknown at this time. He may possibly be in the Gilroy area. He was last known to be living in the cities of Seaside and Salinas.
