International Murder Fugitive reported to Fugitive Watch is captured in San Jose after he barricaded himself in a San Jose motel.

San Jose, CA Sept.30th, 2006 – Fugitive Watch is proud to announce that Cain Castillo Casteneda age 36 years was captured in San Jose after a barricaded standoff in a San Jose, Motel. Casteneda was being sought by Homeland Security after the Mexican Government asked for his arrest on warrants charging him with a 1992 Bank Robbery, Poss. of Firearms, participating in an organized criminal organization, Jail Escape and the Murder of a police officer in Tehuacuan, Puebla, Mexico. Fugitive Watch originally received the tip about Casteneda.
