ARRESTED

The Boulder, Colorado County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking James Richards on a warrant charging him with kidnapping. Detectives report that on Richards allegedly kidnapped the brother of a San Jose resident in Boulder, Colorado. The victim is the husband of the Richards ex-girlfriend. Richards threatened to kill victim and his entire family. Richards is believed to in possession of several guns and is believed to be enroute to San Jose to kill the victim’s family. Richards may be driving a 1999 red 2 door Pasat with Colorado license plate number #156NLV.

Detective Cecilia Garay reports that on 11/01/07 at approximately 1am a 21 year old female reported being dragged into a vehicle and then driven to the east entrance of the Cypress Lawn cemetery. San Jose, California  ID# 07-223

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Ron Tabron reports that on August 24th 2007 an elderly victim was walking on Los Gatos Almaden Road near Redstone Drive. When she passed the suspect, who was standing outside his pickup truck, the suspect punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground and telling her to get into his truck. California Corrections ID# 07-248

The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Alejandro Prado Alcala on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agents report that Alcala has allegedly absconded parole supervision and is now considered a Parolee-at-Large. On February 8, 2007, Parolee Alcala was deported from the U.S. to Mexico.
