The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Sovanny Hay on a warrant charging him with Weapons Violations. Detective Anthony Kilmer reports that on December 20, 2007 police officers contacted Hay in the 5600 block of Hoffman Court. During a search of his residence, officers located illegal guns and ammunition. Due to a clerical error, Hay was released before charges could be filed on him.
