Officer Brandon Richards joined the Morgan Hill Street Crimes team on Monday, May 12, 2008 and by the end of his first week, he and his partner, Officer Greg Dini, investigated a gang related stabbing, arrested a 16 year old for possession for sales of marijuana and cocaine, and arrested two young adults for tagging 30 different locations in Morgan Hill. The Oakland Police Department is currently seeking Emmett Harris for Assault with a Deadly Weapon (firearm with great bodily injury), Aggravated Mayhem, and Torture. Harris severely beat, tortured, and shot his girlfriend once in the knee, and once in the thigh area. A $250,00 warrant was issued for the above listed charges, and a no bail warrant for Transportation of Narcotics was also issued. Harris was last known to frequent the 1600 block of 87th Ave. Harris has a prior criminal record and is considered armed and dangerous. The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Robin Wise on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court. Detective James Randol reports that Wise was orginally arrested for narcotic violations. She was released from jail and later failed to appear in court.
