Detective Jeremy Martinez reports that on May 31, 2008, a 14 year child was brutally attacked in a parking garage at 5300 Turner Way in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose. This suspect allegedly restrained and sexually assaulted the child but the child valiantly fought back and bit the suspect on his arm. (more…)
