    The first Fugitive Watch Online Poll would like our viewer’s opinion about two recent videos featuring women committing crime. Take a good look at the women in each of these videos. The first was an unknown women taking a purse from a car in the parking lot of Plaza Jewelry in San Jose. The second was an unknown women using stolen credit cards to rack up over 8,000 dollars in fraud charges. Are they the same person? What do you think?

    The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Christopher Alvarez on a warrant charging him with Fraud. Detective Kirk Wilson reports that Alvarez allegedly uses the internet to conduct fraud schemes. He was first arrested for selling high-end digital cameras and offering large rebates. Those who received a camera never got a rebate, but most never received a camera. Alvarez likes to gamble and live the high roller life style. Police conducted a probation search at his Grandparents house that yielded several promotion cards from various Indian casinos and Las Vegas resorts. He was living in Tracy, CA with an unknown girlfriend, but they moved out 2 days before police arrived. DOB 5/31/82

    The Los Altos Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the persons in these surveillance photos. Detective Wesley Beverage reports that unknown persons are stealing ATM bank card codes and More…then using the information to steal money from bank ATM machines. According to recent reports, numerous people across the state are being victimized. These suspects were photographed by bank cameras as they were withdrawing money from Los Altos banks using the stolen codes.     San Jose Police Detective Jessica Mullen is hoping someone can help identify two suspects who were caught on video using stolen credit cards from a car burglary. The theft occurred in the parking lot of the San Jose Guitar Showcase on South Bascom Avenue on March 24th 2008 between 7 & 8 pm. Over $1000 in personal property was stolen from the car. By 9 pm, credit cards taken during the theft were use for over $7,900.00 worth of fraudulent charges from purchases from a Best Buy, Circuit City and Toys R Us. (more…)

    The Albany Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the persons in these surveillance photos. Detective Tom Dalter reports that on March 24th 2008 at approximately 8:20pm the these suspects entered the Albany Target. Suspect #1 is wanted on several other similar cases from the Albany and Hayward Target Stores. (more…)

    08-012-fierros.jpgThe San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Gilberto Fierros on a warrant charging him with Assault and Brandishing a Weapon. Detective Mark Riles reports that on Fierros has been identified from a surveillance. On January 23rd 2007, Fierros was allegedly shoplifting at the Mervyn’s Store on Blossom Hill Road. When he was confronted by store security, the suspect allegedly brandished a knife at the victimand then fled the scene.
