The Monterey County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Daniel Garciaon a warrant charging him with Murder. Detective Pete Ramos reports that on April 26th 2007 Garcia shot and killed his wife Zeniga Rosales in Prunedaleand then took their 8 and 9 year old children. He is using the alias of Daniel Lombera and has threatened to hurt the children. Police
